Courtney Todd
Transforming Speech, Enhancing Lives
Empire Speech Services, LLC was founded by speech language pathologist Courtney Todd, M.S. CCC-SLP
For the past nine years, Courtney has served the Houston and surrounding areas by providing thoughtful and engaging speech and language therapy to preschool and school-aged children. Courtney holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence with the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association (ASHA), and is a member of the Texas Speech, Language, and Hearing Association (TSHA). She is licensed to practice speech language pathology in the state of Texas and California. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology & Audiology and Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from Southern University A&M College.
Courtney has practiced speech therapy in a number of settings to include: public schools, private practice and home health. The majority of her experience has been in public schools where she has worked extensively with toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children. She specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of a variety of communication disorders to include: receptive/expressive language disorders, articulation disorders, tongue thrust, stuttering, autism spectrum disorders, social skills, auditory processing disorders, and other developmental delays.
Courtney works closely with individuals and their families to facilitate effective communication skill development and implementation. She is married and has a two year old son. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering, exercising, and traveling with her family.

School Based Contracting and Compensatory Services
(In Person and Virtual)
We are aware of the needs for Speech-Language Pathologists to fill school based roles throughout Texas. We are able to provide contracting services in order to meet special education service times. We also can provide services for compensatory time or Extended School Year (ESY).
SLPA Supervision
Our SLPA Supervision services are available for Speech Language Pathology Assistants in Texas public, private school settings, and charter schools.
